Second International Children's ice hockey tournament «EuroChem Cup» 2014 ended in Novomoskovsk. During the struggle, were revealed finalists of the tournament. Among the finalists are Russian clubs "Victoria" (Novomoskovsk) and "Yamburg" (Kingisepp, Leningrad region) as well as clubs Jungadler Mannheim from Germany and the guys from the hockey club Leysin Sport Academy from Switzerland.

The opening ceremony of the competition was attended by Minister of Industry and fuel and energy complex of Tula region - Director of the Department of Industrial Policy Dmitry Lomovtsev, head of the municipal administration of Novomoskovsk - Vadim Zherzdev, Executive Director of JSC "NAK"Azot" Alexander Savenkov, multiple world champions, famous hockey players Boris Mikhailov and Vladimir Petrov, as well as residents and visitors of Novomoskovsk.
- Today, Supporting Sports, especially among children - is an important and noble mission and we are ready to provide all possible support in this activity of the company "EuroChem". Such tournaments are able to make a real contribution to the development of our hockey, - said Vladimir Petrov.

Fans hopes for entertaining hockey came true. Spectators were able to assess the level of players, which slightly inferior to the athletes of the national team. The tournament was won by "Yamburg" from Kingisepp, Leningrad Region, with a score of 4: 3. During the ceremony, all players were awarded with medals and prizes. Participants were awarded by Deputy head of the municipality of the Novomoskovsk Slobodjanik Natalia A., and Head of Public Relations and Communications Mineral and Chemical Company "EuroChem" and CEO of JSC "”NAK” Azot" Alexander Savenkov.

It is planned that the International Children's ice hockey tournament «EuroChem Cup» will push the boundaries. Recall that the first tournament for the prizes of Mineral and Chemical Company "EuroChem" was held in March last year. The tournament justified the most optimistic expectations of organizers, and this year the number of participants and geography of clubs increased twice. It is attended by children's teams from Finland, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium, as well as from the Russian cities - Kingisepp (Leningrad region), Kovdor (Murmansk region), Salavat (Bashkortostan), and Novomoskovsk (Tula region) - more than 250 people. Today it is one of the largest youth hockey tournaments, which takes place on the territory of the Russian Federation.
